MYMIC LLC travels to Granby High School to give Modeling and Simulation Talk

October 25, 2012, Thomas Austin, a software engineer at MYMIC LLC traveled to Granby High School in Norfolk VA to give a presentation on Modeling and Simulation to three combined classes at Granby High, their new Modeling and Simulation course as well as their Digital Visitation and Graphic Communications classes. “The students really enjoyed the presentation. I really liked his motivational plug on education” said Mr. Roger Lagesse a teacher in the Career & Technology Education Department.

This visit was a follow-up to a talk given last year by MYMIC’s CEO Thomas Mastaglio to the students in the Research, Animation, and Invention section of NORSTAR, a NASA funded specialty program located at the Norfolk Technical Center. Reaching out to inspire our youth is the best way we can improve our future.
